We aim to strive for answers to your questions and this means getting your requests routed to the correct person. In order to do this, we centralize requests in our online ticketing system. Support requests/tickets will typically be answered in 24-48 hours during weekday business hours but can take longer depending on the complexity. Please be as detailed as possible with the request so we have as much information as possible. Depending on the request, the item may be billable. Read more about billable requests vs. non-billable.
