3plains is a interactive marketing company located near Minneapolis, MN. 3plains builds next generation web 2.0 CSS websites by integrating business goals and strategy into each website. Our websites are built with sales in mind and how we can convert buyers to products or services. With our internet marketing strategies, we stay ahead of the game, keep educated, and most importantly... we are genuinely concerned about our clients bottom line.

Locations

3plains has office locations in the Minneapolis and Sioux Falls markets. We use this remote strategy since we have a good share of customers in each market. We do on site consultations in both markets or we will meet out of state if expenses are paid by the customer.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to be pro-active in the development of your online business. Too often people produce websites and expect results with the product that is originally produced. The product needs to be carefully watched in order to maximize the results of your business. We like to give suggestions and often is a necessity to to give critical judgements since we know what works and what doesn't. We don't just build websites, we build your online business and make it a success.

The problem is with most websites is building a simple plain, flat, level website is not enough. A new approach is necessary if you want to take your website to the next level. Our Solution is a Multi-Layered online business strategy in which we think of your website in 3 layers and not the proverbial plain.   • Design. This is the data, text on the page, photos, look to the site, professional feel to your online website. We strive for a clean non-obtrusive website. People are hungry for information, get it to them and make sure it makes sense - Don't hide your product.
  • Function. Links, ease of navigation, content management system (CMS), quick loading website.
  • Business. Sales & Marketing, integration, business, online forms, online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), link building, link partnerships.

History

3plains has been in business since 2003. Ryan Trask started 3plains out of his basement and has grown the company to what it is today.

Cory Beck joined the team in the fall of 2007. Sara and Lars joined the team in April of 2008.

Ryan previously worked in the media industry as a Web Developer and Manager for Gannett Inc. where he and Cory worked together in the Online Department. Working together has been a easy transition since they have worked together for several years.
