Email Settings

This support doc gives you your email settings.

Name, Email, Username, Passsword

• Your Name - Enter your first and last name.
• E-mail Address - Enter your e-mail address.
• User Name - Enter your e-mail address, again.
• Password - Enter the password you set up for your e-mail account.

Incoming Mail Server

• Server Type: IMAP
• Incoming mail server (IMAP) - Enter secure.emailsrvr.com for your incoming mail server.
• Username: your email address
• Port: 993
• Security Settings: SSL

Outgoing Mail Server

• Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - Enter secure.emailsrvr.com for your outgoing mail server.
• Authentication: Your outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. So make sure you click it where required.
• Port: 465
• Security Settings: SSL 

Notes: Your ISP may have their own smtp outgoing mail server settings. Example: Charter Communications in Southern Minnesota won't let you send mail from your domain name/email through their email servers. So, they require mail sent through their servers. The example setting would be: smtp.charter.net. Please check with your ISP for these settings
