Q: Sometimes you get an order but don't get the funds in paypal. Why not?
A: The person hasn't paid you yet. What happens is, the order is placed, you get a order copy as well as the customer, but the funds have not been deposited since paypal is a separate system. Here's how it works so you understand.
It's a common question. Basically you are waiting for them to pay. Send them a friendly reminder usually a day after if they haven't paid. No checkout system talks with paypal payments standard. I have a paypal pro account which takes physical cards online. View the difference here.
