How to I approve or delete a testimonial submitted on my 3plains website?

Testimonials are an important tool in building up your business. After a user submits a new testimonial, you will get an email with "YOUR BUSINESS NAME - New Submitted Testimonial" in the subject line where you can preview what was said.  In order to get testimonial submitted on your 3plains powered website live, follow the 3 steps below:

  1. Login to your 3plains account and navigate to the TESTIMONIALS page under the WEBSITE heading
    • Here you will see all your testimonials
    • Note: Live testimonials are white & Hidden/to be approved testimonials are Grey
  2. Click the name of the client/person you would like approve for the website

  3. Scroll down to the very bottom on the page and click the YES next to approve and click save

Someone leave a bad review or spam review?

Don't worry, you are protected with 3plains. Only reviews you approve show up on your 3plains powered website. Try as we might, spammers will always find a way to get their information on a website. Or maybe someone had less than amazing time with you, that too will not be posted unless you approve it. Remember deleteing negative reviews ONLY applies to your 3plains website. You are usually unable to delete negative reviews from 3party websites without a large effort.

To delete a negative or spam review with 3plains:

  1. Login to your 3plains account and navigate to the testimonials page under the websites heading
    • Here you will see all your testimonials
    • Note: Live testimonials are white & Hidden/to be approved testimonials are Grey

  2. Click the big red X and the end of the review and question
  3. Click YES on the "Are you sure you want to delete this testimonial?" pop-up
