How do I share files with 3plains?

After your down payment, and your account is setup with 3plains, we will need a High Resolution logo and a few High Resolution photos to get your build started. If you don't have any photos right now, that's OK we can use stock photos until you do. Good photography is very important as they help our designer get a good feel for your business and what you do. This plays into the type of design we create.

1. WeTransfer

WeTransfer is a great way to share files to 3plains. It is Simple file-sharing, No registration and It's free. You can send up to 2 GB at a time.

2. Dropbox Basic

Dropbox Basic works great, but you will need a free account. Sign up for 2 GB of storage, and start accessing and sharing photos, documents, and other files from any device.

3. 3plains Portal

To send 3plains files log into your 3plains Portal with the email and password you created when you signed off on your initial 3plains project. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password link. Once logged in, there is also a link under Account > Send Files to 3plains. You will see a small "Upload Files" area, next click the "Load Files" button and drag and drop or select your files. You can select multiple files including images, word documents, and PDF files. Once the files upload the popup will disappear and we now have the files. You can do this multiple times if you miss anything the first time.

Note on Slideshow/Header Photos - For more information on slideshow / header photos and the requirements for a website, please read more here.

Note on Photo Gallery Photos - If you have photos for a specific photo gallery, please hold on to those until we get the website design approved. Once that is done, your website will be set up on our staging server, so when you log in to the Portal, you can start creating photo galleries and get all the photos loaded in each one.
