Websites expire or are typically suspended for a few different reasons:
- Payment - Late payment or non-payment on your account.
- Security - Your website has been hacked or otherwise compromised and has been suspended for your protection until the issue can be resolved.
- Legal - We received and complied with a DMCA take-down legal notification.
- Other - The owner has decided to temporarily shut down the website.
In all cases, we will always attempt to communicate the issue with our clients multiple times prior to taking any action, using the information located in our billing/support system. Click the login link at the top of the website to access our billing/support system. If you are unable to login, and you are unable to retrieve your login information due to the suspension of your site, please use our contact form to request login information.
