Wix Domain Manager (Collaborator Access)

Wix shared access allows our team to configure domain DNS settings and connect your custom domain directly - without needing your Wix login credentials.. To add 3plains to your Wix account as a domain manager (grant collaborator access), follow the instructions below:

How to Grant Access

1. Log in to your Wix account.
2. Click My Sites in the top-right corner, then click Go to All Sites.
3. Select the site you want to grant access to and click Select Site.
4. Click Settings, then select Roles & Permissions.
5. Click Invite Collaborators.
6. In the email field type in domains@3plains.com
7. Click the Billing Roles tab and select Domain Manager as the role.
8. Click Send Invite.
9. Let us know once you've sent the invite so we can confirm access and proceed with setup.
