Adding a ticket

In order to properly track all requests, please login to our 3plains Portal and click on the Open Ticket button on your dashboard. Emails and text messages can get lost, and team members can be out of the office, so creating a ticket will ensure your request is tracked properly, and assigned to the appropriate team member. We recommend bookmarking the 3plains Portal link on your computer and mobile phone so you can fill out tickets quicker in the future.

Please provide as much information as you can, including urls, screen shots, or any other information we need to accurately assess your request. Once the ticket is added to our system, a team member will either solve the issue, or contact you depending on the nature of the request. Our turn-around time is typically 3 business days, but this can change depending on our workload.

Depending on the type of request, you will be billed for any work outside the scope of your project or contract with 3plains. You can read more about that here:
